Capital & projects

Investment intelligence for a frontier market with real upside

We help international investors size the opportunity, structure the vehicle, secure incentives and verify counterparties before capital leaves your account.

Where the money is going

Natural gas in Cabo Delgado and the Rovuma basin dominates headlines, but the deeper pipeline is broader: power generation and transmission, agro-processing, logistics corridors, tourism assets, mining services, fintech and affordable housing.

Structuring and incentives

Investment projects registered through APIEX can access customs exemptions on capital goods, fiscal incentives and, for qualifying projects, industrial free zone status. Getting the structure right at the outset determines whether those benefits are available at all.

Risk, honestly assessed

We do not sell optimism. Currency convertibility, security in the far north, contract enforcement and counterparty verification are real considerations, and every engagement starts with a candid risk read alongside the upside.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum investment for incentives?

Thresholds vary by regime and sector, and the qualifying amount differs between domestic and foreign direct investment. We assess your project against the current regime before you file.

Can profits be repatriated?

Yes, where the investment is properly registered with the central bank at the outset. Correct registration of inbound capital is the single most important step for later repatriation.
